Due to our advantage of being a large and complex oil refinery we are able to offer multiple opportunities within one site.

We provide our graduates with the opportunity to experience 2-3 different roles within the 3-4 year period of the scheme. These will give you breadth in the refining business, depth in your technical area and are designed to encourage professional development and personal growth.
